Flush That Fat... Where?

I know it has been awhile since I posted but to be honest I haven't doing that well.  I have been stuck for about 2 months... until this week.  A gym buddy of mine told me about an exceptional eating plan called the Fat Flush Plan.  I have added my own modifications but I am loving it.  I started this past Saturday and today which is Thursday, I have lost 7lbs, which is prob. alot of water weight but still I am out of my rut. And a quick update, I have ran 2 more 5ks, this is the last one until maybe the fall, I'll post about that later.





Here's my stats:
Starting weight:  300lbs
Current weight:  237lbs
Current weightloss:  63lbs
Goal weight:  150lbs
Weight to lose:  87lbs
