Today started out to be a bad day!! I got up at 6:50am and took Gracie to school. Since Lindsey and I both overslept and could not do what we had to plan to do I laid back down. I did not get back out of the bed until 2pm... Yes I said 2PM!!! I felt terrible... so I managed to get to the gym around 3:40pm with a terrible headache. I did 20 minutes (2% incline) on the treadmill and 15 minutes (level 6) on the stationary bike. I know it is not as good as my friday work-out but didn't have as much time and my head was killing me. After eating dinner, Gracies softball practice scrimmage, and homework; Me, Jeff, and Gracie did attempted a So You Think You Can Dance workout video. We were already pooped after the warm-up. We didn't actually get thru the video but we will one day!! The most special part of the day was when I bought some low calorie butter pecan ice cream pop and it was YUMMY!!
I would love to go to a water fitness class anywhere from (9a-1p), depending on when Lindsey and I get done. I would love for her to join me in a class. We will see.
I will try to do 25 minutes (2.5% incline) on treadmill, 3 minutes on the eliptical (?) and 40 minutes (level 6.5) on stationary bike tomorrow. Gracie has kid's fitness tomorrow from 4-5pm.

Well girl I'm glad to see that you still worked out yesterday. I did 30 mins of Yoga (now my muscles hurt today) and am trying to get motivated to do some stuff tonight. I think you've talked me into it. Keep up the good work girl & maybe we'll talk one day on the phone. Love ya!!
